Jerry’s Backyard Hot Wings

Ingredients:
- 2 ½ pounds of Chicken wings
- Canola Oil for frying
- 6 ounces of Jerry’s Backyard Barbeque Sauce

Directions:

Cut the chicken wings in two at the joints or you
can purchase chicken wingets. Place canola oil in a large skillet or deep fryer. Heat oil to 360 F. Add wings and fry until Crisp, 12-15 minutes.

Baking

To bake, preheat over 350 F. Place chicken wings on baking sheet in on layer and bake 45 minutes.

Place 6oz of Jerry’s Backyard Barbeque Sauce in a large stainless steel bowl. As soon as wings are cooked place wings in bowl with sauce and coat fully serveimmediately. Garnish with celery sticks, blue
cheese or ranch dressing.  

 

 

Jerry’s Backyard Style Grilled Prawns

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds fresh prawns pilled and de-veined (or Jumbo Shrimp)
- One Bottle of Jerry’s Backyard Barbeque Sauce

Directions:
Place one cup of Jerry’s Backyard Barbeque Sauce in a large bowl add prawns and tossing them to coat. Leave them to marinade at least one hour in refrigerator. Grill prawns for about five minutes, turning once. Arrange neatly on a serving platter. Prawns cook very quickly, so be sure to watch them. Place the remaining sauce in a serving bowl for dipping. Place in the center of your platter where your family or guests will not be able to resist the temptation to dip.  Enjoy!!!
